Three things we will not do!

Three things we at PSimple won't do as consultants:

1. Hand you a 90-page report you'll never read.

2. Recommend a process change without explaining who has to do what differently next time or on Monday morning.

3. Use the word "synergy" unironically.

The professional services industry has a complexity problem. We've been trained to equate detail with rigour and slides with insight. They are not the same thing. Now with the addition of AI to help with questions and summarising information, everyone can create a deck, a post (!) or use technology to understand the problem.

The issues still need some understanding, and dare I say it, experience to truly navigate toward a successful outcome. The tools help but the right people using those tools and implementing recommendations is the key.

The best recommendations I've ever delivered fit on a single side of A4 or a few slides. They told the leadership team exactly what was broken, exactly what to do, and exactly what they'd get back.

That's what PSimple stands for. Clarity over cleverness. Adoption over architecture. Outcome over output.
